The first two weeks were spent doing design sprints and creating a functioning prototype. This helped us get early feedback and tangible outputs necessary to drive technical decisions going forward. We talked to stakeholders and gathered as much relevant data as possible. Our diverse team of architects, developers, and product managers worked side by-side with the client over an 8-month cycle, consisting of 2-week sprints. UI testing was conducted, as well as hosting on AWS, Dev Stack ElasticSearch, Redis, Node.js, Python, Vue.js, and DynamoDB.
Upon deployment, “Project Sunrise” was able to deliver a relationship-centric management tool focused around tasks and teams. It allowed a user to gain easy access to all relevant data, without having to search for it. The tool made 360° insights into the user and their relationship with the company effortless.
